Inside the Build: 2026 Hennessey VelociRaptor with Level B6 Armor
A Ford Raptor is already built to go places most vehicles cannot. The Hennessey VelociRaptor takes that capability considerably further. This build adds another dimension entirely.
This 2026 Ford Hennessey VelociRaptor combines 1,000 horsepower, serious off-road capability, Level B6 ballistic protection, and an extensive suite of active security systems into one highly specialized vehicle.
From AR600 steel and Dyneema armor to run-flat capable off-road tires, electronic countermeasures, fire suppression, and reinforced entry protection, nearly every aspect of this VelociRaptor was designed around one objective: creating an exceptionally capable vehicle without sacrificing the performance that makes the platform unique.

Level B6 Protection
At the foundation of the build is a comprehensive Level B6 armoring package utilizing AR600 ballistic steel and lightweight Dyneema.
The objective when armoring a performance vehicle like the VelociRaptor is not simply adding protection. Armor must be carefully integrated throughout the vehicle while accounting for weight, balance, accessibility, and the capabilities of the original platform.
The combination of ballistic steel and Dyneema allows different areas of the vehicle to receive protection suited to their specific requirements while creating a protected passenger compartment.
The result is a vehicle built to provide substantial ballistic protection while retaining the aggressive character and capability expected from a VelociRaptor.

1,000 Horsepower Meets Ballistic Armor
Armor is only one side of this build.
Underneath it is a Hennessey VelociRaptor producing an extraordinary 1,000 horsepower.
That performance is paired with 20-inch Hennessey wheels wrapped in massive 37-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires, giving the truck the ground clearance, traction, and off-road capability expected from the VelociRaptor platform.
It creates an unusual combination: a heavily protected vehicle that remains built around serious power and all-terrain performance.
For clients who may need to travel beyond paved roads or operate in unpredictable environments, maintaining that capability can be just as important as the armor itself.
Protection Beyond Ballistic Armor
Some threats require more than ballistic protection.
This VelociRaptor incorporates multiple active security systems designed to provide additional options during a dangerous situation.
Electric shock door handles and reinforced deadbolt locking systems provide additional protection against unauthorized entry. A pepper spray deployment system and sound cannon provide additional defensive capabilities around the vehicle.
The vehicle also incorporates a smoke screen system and road tack deployment system, expanding the number of tools available to the occupants during an emergency.
Together, these systems turn the VelociRaptor into considerably more than an armored truck. They create a layered approach to vehicle security.

Built for High-Risk Environments
Protection also extends to threats that may originate around or underneath the vehicle.
An onboard bomb detection device adds another layer of security, while an integrated engine bay fire suppression system is designed to respond to a fire within one of the vehicle’s most critical areas.
At the front, a heavy-duty ram bumper provides additional protection and capability while complementing the aggressive appearance of the VelociRaptor.
These systems work alongside the B6 armor to create a vehicle designed around multiple potential threat scenarios rather than ballistic protection alone.
Communication and Emergency Systems
Communication can become critical during an emergency.
This build incorporates a siren, public address system, and two-way communication system, allowing occupants to communicate both inside and outside the vehicle when necessary.
Red and blue flashing lights provide additional visibility when configured for authorized applications, while the integrated systems place important vehicle functions within reach of the occupants.
Every component was selected to support the larger purpose of the build: providing protection, capability, and control when circumstances become unpredictable.
