This build takes a different approach. While it maintains the same premium foundation, the focus shifts toward protection, durability, and real-world security. The result is a fully armored Escalade ESV designed to deliver Level B6 protection without sacrificing comfort, drivability, or presence.

This armored Escalade ESV is built for clients who need discreet protection in everyday environments, without giving up the comfort and usability of a luxury SUV. From the outside, the Escalade retains its clean, factory appearance. Underneath, it has been transformed into a fully armored vehicle, with ballistic steel, multi-layer glass, and upgraded mechanical systems working together to provide protection in real-world scenarios.

Built for Protection, Designed for Comfort
Every vehicle built at Quality Coachworks is fully custom, with each project shaped by how the client intends to use it. For this build, the goal was clear from the start: deliver full Level B6 protection while maintaining a refined, comfortable interior suited for daily use.
That direction is reflected throughout the vehicle. The rear cabin features warm tan quilted leather seating with a structured, supportive design, paired with a dark wood trim that adds contrast and depth to the interior. The combination of materials gives the space a more intentional, lounge-like feel, rather than the cold, utilitarian environment often associated with armored vehicles.
At the same time, the protective systems are fully integrated into the structure of the vehicle. The ballistic steel, multi-layer glass, and rear bulkhead door work together to secure the passenger cabin from multiple angles, including the rear cargo access point. Reinforced suspension, braking, and protected engine components ensure the Escalade maintains its drivability despite the added weight of full armor.
The result is a vehicle that doesn’t force a tradeoff between comfort and security. It’s built to function as a daily driver, while delivering the level of protection required in real-world conditions.
