Project Overview: Justice in Motion
This isn’t your average RV. It’s a fully customized mobile courthouse support vehicle—engineered by Quality Coachworks for the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino. Designed to collect, process, and transport legal documents securely wherever it’s needed, this build embodies the idea of Justice in Motion: bringing vital court services directly to the community.
The mission behind this vehicle was clear: make justice more accessible. By taking court operations on the road, the Superior Court can reach residents who might not have easy access to traditional courthouse facilities. Whether supporting outreach events, processing forms, or managing official documentation, this mobile courtroom ensures that essential services can travel wherever they’re needed most. Every Quality Coachworks project starts with purpose. For this build, that meant transforming a standard platform into a dependable, professional workspace crafted with precision, practicality, and pride.

From concept to completion, every element was designed with intention. The interior layout allows staff to work efficiently while maintaining comfort and organization. Commercial-grade finishes, ergonomic seating, and optimized storage reflect QC’s focus on functionality without compromise. LED lighting and modern cabinetry ensure the space feels as professional as it performs.
The exterior maintains a clean, official aesthetic while maximizing usability. Slide-outs expand the workspace when parked, rooftop systems manage climate control, and integrated awnings create a practical setup for public interaction. Every feature was purpose-driven to support day-to-day operations in the field.
The Justice in Motion project showcases Quality Coachworks’ versatility beyond luxury or recreational builds. It’s a demonstration of design meeting mission, proof that the same craftsmanship applied to private and executive vehicles can empower public institutions to serve their communities better.
